This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities like wifi and a comfortable sofa in the rooms. The location of this hotel is perfect, close to the tram station Tophane which provides easy access to other areas of the city, including the city center and popular bars. The staff at this hotel are exceptionally friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast served at this hotel is delicious and satisfying, prepared with care and served in a cozy pub setting.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the tram station Tophane just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, including a spacious and clean bathroom, daily room cleaning, and functioning heating. we enjoyed the English, French, Spanish, and Turkish TV channels provided. The staff were very friendly and supportive, despite their limited English skills. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its price and quality.

The room was perfect - clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is directly connected to the tramline, making it convenient to visit tourist attractions. The cafe below is cozy and cool, providing a great place to relax. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of options that I loved. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were great when my mom lost her bag, showing their generosity and compassion. The room was comfortable, the WiFi was reliable, and it felt safe to explore the area as a solo female traveler. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

The laundry service arranged by the hotel was not done on time and had a smell of cigarettes.
